A toolbag by AWP Construction Products.  Fully opened the bag measures 11" wide, 17" long and 13" high; the usable space when closed is probably 80% of that volume.  The bag has twelve exterior pockets: six canvas and six mesh; and another six canvas pockets on the interior.  I used this very sturdy bag for years to haul DJ equipment.  Aside from two small tears in the outer mesh, the bag is in great condition.
