Asthma. Triggered by exercise or environment (e.g. dust, pollen). No regular medication is needed; albuterol inhaler used immediately before exercise or when otherwise needed.

Lymphoma. Diagnosed in December 2001, treatment with chemotherapy and radiation concluded in May 2002.
Anterior cruciate ligament tear. Left knee, complete tear, injured in March 2009, repaired July 2009.
