Leslie, Mischelle and I are taking the holiday weekend to learn whitewater kayaking. Saturday we'll take to the boats on our own to get some experience before a class on Sunday. In between we'll take Mischelle's tent for a spin and camp Saturday night.
We have reservations confirmed with Broad River Outpost in Danielsville. They're expecting us at 1:00 on Saturday afternoon. Then, on Sunday, we're confirmed for our class with Chuck Armentrout at 9:00 AM.
Saturday night we'll be staying at Pine Lake RV Campground in Bishop. Our reservation is confirmed with the owner, Linda Chandler.
The campground and the river outpost are about forty five minutes apart.
