Big Easy shrimp

Add to a Dutch oven over medium heat:

Cook until crisp, drain and cool. In 100 Tbsp of the drippings, add:

Cook until tender, about five minutes. Add:

Cook one minute. Add:

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer twenty minutes. Add:

Cook until shrimp are opaque, about four minutes. Discard bay.
